Rylan Watches – Warranty and Exchange Policy

1-Year Warranty, Easy Exchange:

Due to the customs policy on counterfeit products, once shipped, the product cannot be returned to our warehouse. However, to ensure your shopping experience, all watches come with a 1-year warranty. During this period, if the watch has any manufacturing defects, you do not need to send the defective watch back to us, you only need to pay 40% of the original order price to exchange it, and the exchange process is simple and convenient.

7-Day Exchange Guarantee:

We offer a 7-day exchange guarantee for all our products in case of any manufacturing defects. Good reputation is the cornerstone of our thriving business. We understand the importance of ensuring that every customer is satisfied when shopping in our online store. Therefore, we will conduct a final quality check before shipping. However, if the problem still exists, or we fail to find any manufacturing defects, or the damage is caused by improper packaging by the shipping company, we provide a 7-day exchange guarantee.

Exchange Process:

  1. Customers must notify us of any damage or manufacturing defects within 7 days of receipt.
  2. After receiving the defective watch and inspecting the damage, we will replace it with a brand new watch free of charge.
  3. Rylanwatches.com will exchange a specific product for you within 15 days. However, the company reserves the right to provide a replacement product if the same product is out of stock or discontinued.

The exchange guarantee only applies to manufacturing defects and shipping damage. Damage caused by the following reasons is not covered:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Customer negligence causing damage to the movement or other parts.

Shipping Address:

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. If there are any errors, please contact us to make changes before shipping. After the product is shipped, we will not be able to make changes, and any losses will be borne by you.

Shipping Errors:

Once we confirm that your order has been shipped (and the goods are not what was ordered), we will be responsible for the exchange and shipping costs.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Orders that are not paid within 2 days will be automatically cancelled.
  2. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will receive a full refund.
  3. Orders cancelled after 24 hours of payment confirmation will receive a partial refund, including full shipping costs and 80% of the purchase price of the goods. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Force Majeure:

We are not responsible for any product damage or shipping delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to: epidemics, international situations, strikes, wars, earthquakes, floods, viruses, storms, blizzards, and customs inspections. We will notify you through online chat, email, etc.

Shipping Method Restrictions:

Some shipping methods may not provide tracking information when the order arrives in a specific country, state, or city. We will list these shipping methods in advance. We will not accept any disputes if you choose these shipping methods. These delivery methods include:

  • PostNL
  • Turkish Post
  • Swiss Post
  • Electric PostNL
