Warranty and Exchange Policy

1. Customer Protection Plan – 1 Year Coverage

All Rylan Watches products are protected by a 1-year customer protection plan covering manufacturing defects.

7-Day Free Exchange

If any verified manufacturing defect or shipping damage is reported within 7 days of delivery, the product will be replaced free of charge. If the original model is unavailable, a replacement of equal value will be provided.

12-Month Discounted Exchange Program

From day 8 up to 12 months after purchase, customers may obtain a brand-new replacement by paying 40% of the original order price. The defective watch does not need to be returned, avoiding customs risks, shipping delays, and repair complications. This program is designed as a practical alternative to international returns and factory servicing, which are often restricted by customs regulations.

2. Exclusions from Coverage

The protection plan does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or negligence.
  • Water-related damage, including water ingress, fogging, moisture, or corrosion.
    • Depth ratings (e.g., “100m” or “150m”) are replicated for visual accuracy only and are not certified for swimming, bathing, or diving.
    • Any watch found with water intrusion is excluded from warranty and exchange eligibility.

3. Shipping Address Responsibility

  • Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address before shipment.
  • Once shipped, address changes cannot be made, and any resulting loss is the responsibility of the customer.

4. Shipping Errors

If an incorrect product is delivered, Rylan Watches will arrange an exchange and cover all related shipping costs.

5. Order Cancellation and Refunds

  • Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled after 2 days.
  • Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will receive a full refund.
  • Orders cancelled after 24 hours but before shipment are eligible for a partial refund (80% of the product price + 100% of shipping costs).
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

6. Force Majeure

  • Rylan Watches is not responsible for delays or product damage caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to epidemics, strikes, wars, natural disasters, customs inspections, or international restrictions.
  • Customers will be notified promptly in such cases.

7. Shipping Method Limitations

  • Certain shipping services may not provide tracking updates once the parcel reaches specific countries or regions.
  • By choosing one of these services, the customer accepts this limitation.
  • Affected methods include:
    • PostNL
    • Turkish Post
    • Swiss Post
    • Electric PostNL
  • This applies especially to shipments bound for the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, South Africa, and overseas territories.

Q4: Is water damage covered?

No. Like all replica and super clone watches, water resistance is for visual accuracy only.

  • Issues such as water ingress, fogging, or corrosion are excluded from warranty and exchange.
  • Please avoid swimming, showering, or exposing your watch to high humidity.

Q5: Can I cancel my order?

  • Within 24 hours of payment confirmation → Full refund.
